Hi friend. We made it to Q4.
Q for you: What has been your most consistent work stressor throughout the year so far?
Doesn’t have to be the biggest issue, but something that shows up to rattle you daily or weekly.
Now: what’s a small change you could make to knock down the intensity of the stress?
You could go bigger of course, like enacting a blanket policy for the quarter. But even a small change can make a meaningful difference. Like:
Lighting a candle or putting on great music while you tackle a dreaded daily task
Scheduling in a little decompression walk after a weekly meeting you’re always nervous for
Making a plan to always order top-tier takeout (guilt-free) after your most hectic day of the week
Figure out a small way to make it better and lean into a happier rest of 2024 😀

Did you see? Textio released new tools for managers to help you Do Less and be a better coach to your team in the process.
(Yes hello hi I’m a Textio marketer 😇 But I’d cover this here even if I weren’t)
Now you can:
😌 Save lots of time with AI that turns raw, honest (😬) notes into professional feedback
😌 Save brain power with helpful prompts to guide your thinking for coaching conversations
😌 Save face with alerts on where you’re accidentally being biased, so you can correct it
😌 Avoid misunderstandings with guidance for making your feedback super clear
😌 Avoid recency bias by auto-tracking patterns in the feedback you’re giving over time
Try the new Textio for managers free 🙌
Literally sit back in your seat. Sit heavy. Roll your shoulders back.
If you’re like me, you’re practically IN the computer while you work.
See if changing your posture changes your stress level (it will).
OK embody that for the week ahead 👏
See you next time!
